Access and take training courses directly from your QuickBooks Online Accountant firm. Here's how to start a course and take an exam to get certified.
Note: These training courses are geo-restricted and should be taken while located in your region only.

Step 1: Start a new training course

1. Follow this link to complete the steps in product
2. Select a training to view details and enroll, then follow the next steps to start a course.

Notes:

• If you see completed courses that you haven't taken yet, contact Intuit Accountant Support.
• If you fail one or more sections of the exam, you must retake the entire exam.

Step 2: Take a certification exam

1. Follow this link to complete the steps in product
2. Look for the certification you want to take.
3. Select Take exam and follow the next steps.
   Tip: Expand the QuickBooks Online Accountant Certification section to view the option. If you have already started the exam, you can select Resume exam to continue.

Step 3: Get your certificates and badges

1. Follow this link to complete the steps in product
2. Select the QuickBooks Online Accountant Certification section to view available certifications. Complete the training and pass the certification exam.
3. View your certification status and badge in your Accountant profile.

Check or download certification and view course history

1. Follow this link to complete the steps in product
2. In the Training history section, select Learn more.
3. In the Training & certification history page, find the certification you need.
4. Select the icon in the Certification column to view or download the badge or certificate (if available).
