Check the status page

Use the QuickBooks status page to confirm if a service is temporarily unavailable. If an outage is listed, Intuit is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it.

Subscribe to updates

You can sign up to receive messages when a service is down, scheduled for maintenance, or back up and running.

1. Go to the QuickBooks status page.
2. Select Subscribe to updates.
