Run purchase order reports in QuickBooks Online

QuickBooks Online Plus and QuickBooks Online Advanced has a number of reports that will help you with your purchase orders.

To run a purchase order report:

1. Go to Reports and select Standard reports (Take me there).
2. From the Reports page, go to the Expenses and Suppliers section.
3. Select any of the following reports to run or customise them:
   • Open Purchase Order List
   • Open Purchase Order Detail

Now you're able to run purchase order reports.
