Manage your QuickBooks Connector (OneSaas) sync settings

by Intuit Updated 4 months ago

Learn how to manage your sync settings in the QuickBooks Connector (OneSaas) dashboard.

You can manage your sync settings in the QuickBooks Connector (OneSaas) dashboard. You can even turn the automatic sync on or off completely if you prefer to manually trigger a sync only when needed. We also give you the option to set your time zone and your Integrations Start Date. Here’s how.

Manage your sync settings

Our sync settings can be found on the main configuration dashboard under the Manage tab.

  • Sync Now - You can easily turn the automatic sync on or off on this page. The Sync Now button will trigger a sync right away without waiting for the automatic sync.
  • ConfigureSyncs - Select Configure Syncs to see the following settings.
    • Account Timezone - This affects data like invoice and payment dates.
    • Integrations Starting Date - This is the date from which we start pulling your financial data.
    • Send me a sync report email - Select the option to send you the sync report.

In accordance with various data privacy regulations around the world (including GDPR), QuickBooks Connector performs regular anonymisation and cleanup of historical data stored in QuickBooks Connector (OneSaas). This won’t affect any data that's already been transferred to other systems.

This also means that over time, your Integrations Starting Date setting will be updated to reflect the regular cleanups. When this occurs, don’t backdate your Integrations Starting Date setting as that may risk re-syncing old data and cause duplications.

If you need to backdate the Integrations Starting Date, contact QuickBooks Connector support.

Note: Always select Save to save your work.
