SOLVEDby QuickBooksUpdated 3 days ago

Currently, all European banks (EEA) require their customers to reconnect their bank or credit card account every 90 days. If the connection expires, you may see Error 350 when you go to the Banking menu. Don't worry. All you have to do is reconnect the account to QuickBooks.

Learn how to reconnect your online bank and credit card accounts to refresh the connection.

Step 1: Reconnect your bank or credit card account

  1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions (Take me there).
  2. Select the blue tile for the bank account you need to reconnect.
  3. Select the Sign in link.
  4. Enter the user ID and password you use to sign in to your bank's website.
  5. Select the accounts you want QuickBooks to download transactions from. Then select Continue.
  6. When you're ready, select Update to get the latest transactions from your bank.

If you still see the error, move on to Step 2.

Step 2: Disconnect your bank account

  1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions (Take me there).
  2. Select the tile for the bank account you need to disconnect.
  3. Select the Edit (pencil) ✎ icon, then select Edit account info.
