• Get Things Done (GTD) is a unified homepage work experience that replaces Task Manager and Business Feed. Organises work into Needs Attention and Done For You, with Intuit Experts able to assign questions and action items directly to clients.
• Custom Automations creates automated workflows for recurring tasks using natural language. Standardise firm processes across clients and manage automations from a centralised Automation Hub, with all AI actions tracked in the Audit Log.
  Note: Only Primary Admins and Company Admins can create or edit Custom Automations.
• Case Reopen to reopen Firm cases that have been closed within the last 30 calendar days, reconnecting you with your last expert.
• Customisable Home dashboard with tasks and alerts.
• Customer Hub (CRM) to manage leads and client communications.
• Intuit Intelligence with AI-powered insights and chat (200 prompts/month).

• Cross-client comparisons (coming soon)
• Web-to-Case (Beta): Submit asynchronous cases for non-priority issues through email communication
• Intuit Intelligence with 1,000 AI prompts/month

Switching between experiences

You can switch between Intuit Accountant Suite (IAS) and the previous Intuit Accountant Suite experience at any time. Your data and settings remain unchanged.

Important: If you've consolidated multiple accounts in Intuit Accountant Suite (IAS), they can't be separated if you switch back to Intuit Accountant Suite.

Only the Primary Admin can switch experiences from Settings by selecting Join or Opt out.
