Learn how to set up your web browser for QuickBooks Online Accountant training.

Are you having trouble starting ProAdvisor training courses or exams? Are pages not loading? Here's how to set up your web browser so you can launch training courses and take exams.

Solution 1: Use a different web browser

Here are the best web browsers to use for QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Online Accountant.

Sign in to QuickBooks Online Accountant in a different web browser. If you can start a training course or exam, keep using the web browser. The original browser may not work well with our training systems.

Solution 2: Check your pop-up blocker

If your web browser is set to block pop-ups, it may also block training courses and exams. You'll likely see an alert in your web browser. Follow the instructions to allow the training course or exam to start.

You can also temporarily turn off the pop-up blocker to see if that fixes the issue. Follow the steps for your web browser:

Tip: If you use Safari, you also need to allow cross-site tracking for training courses.

Solution 3: Add the ProAdvisor training webpage as a trusted site

The Training tab in QuickBooks Online Accountant loads data from our ProAdvisor training website. If the tab doesn't load, it may mean the connection to the webpage is blocked.

Add the ProAdvisor Training website (https://*.intuittrainingplatform.com) as a trusted site. Follow the steps for your web browser:

Solution 4: Clear web browser cookies and cache

If you need detailed steps, here's how to clear the temporary internet files and web browser cache.
