Add leads in the QuickBooks mobile app

Get lead suggestions with the help of Customer AI. Confirm and manually add potential opportunities.
You can add and manage potential sales opportunities as leads directly in the QuickBooks mobile app. Use Customer AI to get automatic lead suggestions by connecting your Gmail account, or manually add potential opportunities in your Customer Hub.
Connect to Gmail
Connect your QuickBooks to your Gmail account to get lead suggestions with Customer AI.
- Tap the Menu 𓃑 and tap Customer Hub.
- Tap Connect Gmail.
- Tap Sign in to Gmail then tap Continue.
- Tap Continue.
Confirm leads
Confirm leads suggested by Customer AIafter your Gmail account is connected.
- Tap the Menu 𓃑 and tap Customer Hub.
- In the Leads tab, tap Confirm leads.
- Tap Review all.
- Tap Add to leads to confirm the lead or tap Not a lead.
- Compose an email for your chosen lead then tap Send. You can repeat steps 4 and 5 for each lead Customer AI has suggested.
Add leads
Manually add leads directly into the Customer Hub without using Customer AI.
- Tap the Menu 𓃑 and tap Customer Hub.
- Tap the + icon.
- Tap Opportunity.
- Tap the Lead or Customer ▼ dropdown, then select a lead or customer from the list.
- Enter the info, then tap Save.
