Note: You can do this on your Android phone.
When a customer calls, you'll see the QuickBooks icon in the notifications bar at the top of your screen.
- Pull the notification bar down to see who’s calling you.
- Select the notification to open the Customer Details page (where you can call, text or email your customer).
- If a customer calls while you're using the QuickBooks Online app, you can go to Home > Activity > select the notification to see details.
Unless you change it, this feature is ON so you won't miss an important call. To turn it off, go to Settings > select Call-In Notifications > OFF.
