Hi there, info-createchamp.

 

Good to see you here! I'm to assist you with your QuickBooks Online subscription invoices.

 

It seems that you're new to QuickBooks. The most possible reason why you didn't receive an invoice is that you're still using the trial version. You'll start receiving it once the trial ends and you're being charged already.

 

Also, one way to get the data of your billing is to check the billing history. The billing history will display the last six (6) months' bills. 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
  2. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  3. Click the View Payment History hyperlink.
