Invoice not getting print

Welcome to QuickBooks Community, preserve-machine.

 

QuickBooks Online uses Adobe Reader/Acrobat when printing documents such as invoices. We can resolve this issue by updating Adobe Reader/Acrobat or by repairing your Adobe installation. 

 

You'll want to check their website on how to update it. You can follow these steps in repairing Adobe Reader/Acrobat:

  1. Close Acrobat/Reader and all open web browser windows.
  2. Select the Start button and type Control Panel, then press Enter.
  3. Choose Programs and Features, then select Acrobat or Adobe Reader, then Uninstall/Change.
  4. In the Setup dialog box, select Next Repair >Next.
  5. Click Install. When the process is complete, select Finish.

Once done, restart your computer. Then, log back into your QuickBooks Online account then print the invoice again. I've also added an article to help you fixing QuickBooks Online printing issues.
