Is it possible to send an invoice with WhatsApp Business, rather than normal WhatsApp?

Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to send an invoice with WhatsApp Business, rather than normal WhatsApp?

Because on my phone, I have both the apps from WhatsApp, but by default QuickBooks selects the normal WhatsApp to share the invoice when chosen to share via Wh

Welcome to QuickBooks Community!

Please try using the Share option when you open the invoice as a pdf on your phone. You should get the option to share it via WhatsApp Business.

Alternatively, you could try sending the invoice through WhatsApp Web.

The best way to send an invoice via WhatsApp is to use the WhatsApp Business API - this allows you to import invoice details direct from Quickbooks, and auto reconcile when payment is received.
