As of the moment, there isn't an option to create a PDF file of your bank transactions in the system. Therefore, entering a closing balance of a transaction is also unavailable.
With this, you can consider creating a CSV file instead. This way, you can enter all your bank transactions in the system. you can read through this article to learn more: Import bank transactions from .CSV to QuickBooks.
