The data displayed in QuickBooks depends on the information shared by your bank. Usually, banks do their transfers through the night. Your account's information is not updated and available for download until this activity is complete, around between 2 and 6 eastern times.
Here are a few possible reasons why your bank account is not updating the transactions:

Once your transactions are updated, you can start reviewing and categorizing them.
If the manual updates don't work, there may have been an issue on the banks' end. You'd want to sign in to your bank’s website. Then, check if there are alerts that need your attention, such as new security requirements. Just make sure to use the URLs you're using in QuickBooks. Once reviewed, perform another manual update.
