Alert for customers of DBS Bank Ltd.

SOLVEDby QuickBooks5Updated over 1 year ago

If you are a customer of DBS Bank Ltd., you may be subjected to a 1% charge fee by DBS Bank Ltd. each month, on top of your monthly QuickBooks subscription fee.

This charge is not added by Intuit. Rather, DBS Bank charges customers an administrative fee when Singapore dollar transactions are processed outside of Singapore.

According to the DBS Bank's website:

"All card transactions processed outside Singapore but charged in Singapore dollar (i.e. without any currency conversion) will be subject to an administrative fee of 1% by Visa or MasterCard, which shall be payable by you and debited from your Card account. This includes but is not limited to any card transaction in Singapore dollars on overseas-based websites and mobile applications."

Please view DBS Bank's website for more information about the administrative fee. For even more information about your DBS Commercial Card, please see this webpage.

If you are a customer of DBS Bank and have questions about the administrative fee, you should contact your bank for further guidance or clarification on these charges.
