Hi there, @lima4. The error message you’re seeing indicates a temporary connection issue between Intuit and your bank. I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support team. They have the tools to securely review your account and assist you in real-time.
In the meantime, you can keep your books up to date by manually uploading your bank transactions into QuickBooks via CSV files.
Please note that once the bank connection is restored, any manually uploaded transactions may appear as duplicates. You can exclude them to ensure your records remain accurate.
