What to do if you don't see your Accountant profile on the Find-an-Accountant website

Learn what to review so you can publish your Accountant profile.
If you don't see your profile on the find an Accountant website, don't worry. Here are a few things to check so you can publish your profile and potential clients can find you.
Solution 1: Review your profile
Review and update your public Accountant profile. In particular, make sure your firm's physical address is up to date. Check the spelling and Postcode.
Tip: PO boxes may not register correctly in search. We recommend you use a physical address instead.
Solution 2: Check your QuickBooks certification
You must have a current and valid QuickBooks Online certification to publish your Accountant profile. Learn more about specific certification requirements.
If you need to renew your certification, here's how to sign up for certification courses and take the exam.
Solution 3: Learn more about specific profile requirements
If you reviewed your profile and have a valid certification, you should be able to publish your profile on the Find-an-Accountant website.
If you still can't find it, check if you need to fulfill any additional requirements.
