Unmatch transactions in the QuickBooks mobile app

Learn how to undo matched bank transactions in the QuickBooks mobile app.

Do you have an incorrectly matched transaction in QuickBooks Online? You can easily unmatch it in the QuickBooks mobile app. Just make sure your bank account is connected to QuickBooks Online. This way, you can access your transactions in the app and make the changes. Here’s how.

1. Sign in to the QuickBooks mobile app.
2. Tap Menu, then Accounting, then Bank transactions.
3. Tap the bank account tile.
4. Tap the Posted tab.
5. Select the transaction and swipe left and tap Undo.
6. Tap Undo again to undo the match.

After you unmatch a transaction, you can match it again.
