by Intuit Updated 4 months ago

We’re making an update to our Intuit terms of service.

What's changing?

From the 1st of April 2024, the agreement between Intuit Limited and you will be assigned to Rocket Science Group LLC, another company within the Intuit group.

The Rocket Science Group LLC offices are based at address 405 N. Angier Ave. NE Atlanta, Georgia, 30312, United States.

How does this affect you?

Rest assured, there'll be no changes to our product, service, pricing, or the team that supports you because of this update. But there are a few things to note:

1. QuickBooks Communications

From the 1st of April 2024, all correspondence and invoices you receive will be sent from the Intuit company, Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a Intuit QuickBooks.

2. Error 'Subscription payment failed'

On rare occasions, some customers may experience the error ‘subscription payment failed.’ If that happens, all you need to do is update your payment method.

To do this:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙, then select Account and settings.
  3. Select the Billing & subscription tab.
  4. Select Edit ✎ for your Payment method.
  5. Update your billing info.
  6. Select Save.

Note: This can take up to 24 hours to activate.
