Aw, Snap error while working on a Profit and Loss report in QuickBooks Online
by Intuit• Updated 1 month ago
Aw, Snap is actually a browser error you may get when working in Microsoft Edge or Chrome. It can happen when you try to change the date for a Profit and Loss report.
The issue is now fixed on Chrome but requires your browser to be updated.
- Select the three dots options menu ⠇for Chrome.
- Select Help.
- Select About Google Chrome. If you're using v124.0.6367.92, or earlier, update it.
We don't have confirmation yet for Microsoft Edge, so you'll need to continue with the following:
- In Edge, enter edge://accessibility in the browser search bar to reach the accessibility settings.
- Uncheck the Web accessibility checkbox, then reload the page to make sure it’s still unchecked.
- Go back to QuickBooks Online and refresh the page.
You should be able to continue your work and change the date for your report without getting the error.
You can select the Web accessibility checkbox again if you need to.
Note: Another option is to use the Firefox browser until the browser issue is fixed.
