Zero amount sales receipts do not appear on cash basis sales by customer reports in QuickBooks Online
by Intuit• Updated 5 months ago
Sales Receipts that have a zero dollar/pound balance will not appear on Sales by Customer Cash basis reporting. This is by design in the product due to the zero amount lines used with in the product.
Example: If a customer enters a line item for a dollar/ pound amount the report will appear as expected in product. If the customer then enters a line item with no dollar amount (description only), without this design element, the line will also appear in the report, possibly causing confusion for the customer.
