Can i put in QR code for paynow on my invoices?

Hi, Muneerah. Yes, you can include a PayNow QR code on your QuickBooks Online (QBO) invoices as an attachment.

 

Here are the detailed steps:

 

  1. Open or Create an Invoice.
  2. In the Message on invoice field, type your payment instructions (e.g., "Please scan the attached PayNow QR code").
  3. Scroll to the Attachments section at the bottom. Click Add attachment to upload your QR code image (PNG, JPG, or PDF).

  4. Ensure the Attach to email box is checked so your client receives the file.
  5. You can now send this to your customer.

 

To streamline this, you can save your payment instructions as a Default Message in your Account Settings. While you’ll still need to manually attach the QR code file to each invoice, keeping the image file on your desktop or in a quick-access folder will save you time.
