Hi there, @cillia-happybunc.

I'd be glad to help you create a customized invoice to show either your business address or your legal address to your chosen customers.

You can use the Custom Form Styles feature to create a custom field and name it as "Company's Legal Address." Here's how:

  1. Go to the Settings, then select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Click the New style button and choose Invoice.
  3. Select the Content tab and click on the Header section of the page to show the details in it.
  4. Uncheck the Business Address.
  5. Go to the Display section and click + Custom field.
  6. You can name it as Legal Address or depends on what you wanted to.
  7. Check this option to make it show to the invoice and click Done. This is how it looks like:

Once done, you can now create an invoice and select the customized template with the slot to enter your legal address or business address. I've added a screenshot for your additional reference:

To know more about creating custom fields in your invoice, you can check out this article: How to add custom fields to invoices.

I've also added this reference you can use in the future: How to create a recurring invoice and manage recurring transactions. This contains how you can set up and send it to the same customer at regular intervals, containing the same invoice details.

Please don't hesitate to tag my name in the comment section below if you have other questions or concerns. I'd love to assist you further. Take care and have a wonderful day ahead.
