Have you encountered errors in recording the bill? You'll want to perform some troubleshooting steps to fix it. Start by using an incognito and enter it from there.
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Also, please clear the cache. This is a junk file in the browser that causes errors in QuickBooks Online. Lastly, old versions of browsers may result in unusual behavior so make sure to use an updated one.
