Q1. I am not able to set Multiple Currencies into my account. Q2. I am getting charged for 2 companies. Eventually i have only 1 company registered.

Let me be the first to welcome you to the Community, @agokhale.

The multi-currency feature is available in your region. You can set this up if you're using our Essentials or Plus versions.

Once you turn multicurrency on, your Home currency is set and cannot be changed. Also, this action is irreversible, so you're unable to turn it off.

Here's how to turn on multicurrency:

  1. Select Settings ⚙️ and choose Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Advanced tab.
  3. Select Edit ✎ in the Currency section and choose your Home Currency.
  4. Go to the Multicurrency checkbox and confirm that you understand that you can't undo this option.
  5. Select Save.

Once done you can now add currencies and an account that uses a foreign currency. You can refer to this article for more details: Turn on and use multicurrency.

For billing inquiries, I'd recommend reaching out to our QBO Support. Since we can't access your account in a public forum, our Online Team can help you out with this by looking into your account in a safe environment.

Let me know how the call goes. I want to ensure all your concerns are properly addressed. I'll be around to help if you need anything else. Have a great day!
