Create multiple business files in QuickBooks Connector (OneSaas)

SOLVEDby QuickBooksUpdated January 15, 2024

Learn how to create multiple business files in QuickBooks Connector (OneSaas).

QuickBooks Connector allows you to manage the integrations for multiple businesses under your single login. This allows you to look after multiple businesses you either manage directly or on behalf of clients/customers.

You have full administrative access to each business file, and can invite individuals from within your organisation or your client's organisation to only have access to specific business files.

Create multiple business files

  1. Select the Profile icon, then select Switch account.
  2. Select New account to proceed.
  3. Enter the Account Name of your new OneSaas file, then select Create to complete the process.

You now have multiple business files under one user. You can view these files anytime after logging in by selecting Switch account. You can then proceed to set up the integrations for the new business file and invite users to access and manage that file.
