Inventory has qty and value,but no price one Inventory page. When generate cos, only deduct qty with 0 value. What can I do to fix this?

Hi JUNYI-LI, we can check the Starting Value of the item in your inventory settings, as an incorrect or missing initial cost is usually what causes the value to display incorrectly.

To do this:

1. Go to Settings, then select Products and services.
2. Locate the specific item and hit Edit.
3. Click the Starting Value in the Inventory Info section.
4. Add or replace the INITIAL COST with the correct value.
5. Once done, hit Save and then reload the page to ensure the changes are fully applied.
