How to remove multiple company accounts in quickbooks?

Hi there, jearn,

 

QuickBooks Online lets you remove companies you no longer use. To do so, you'd need to cancel those companies. They'll disappear from the list after 365 days.

 

There are just a few steps to get this done.  Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙, then select Account and Settings.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription.
  4. On the QuickBooks section, click Cancel subscription.
  5. Follow the steps on the screen to cancel your subscription.

Once done, an email will be sent confirming that we've canceled your subscription.
