To isolate this case, we'll have to reset the app data to clear its cache. It helps restore the application to its default settings, so you can identify any discrepancies.
Here's how:
- Go to Help from the top menu.
- Select Reset App Data.
- Allow a moment for the process to complete, and then close the app.
- Be sure to right-click the app and choose Run as Administrator when re-opening it.
Once done, you can go back to the transactions page and double-check if there are any discrepancies in your bank.
