Bank account not updating with the app

Hello Katepickthorn-ho, 

 

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

Can you please try and connect your bank up on a web browser instead of the app. If you still have and issue trying to connect it please let us know if your getting and error messages/codes showing, which bank it is and type of account it is as well.
