I've checked our files to see if there's an open investigation about the dashboard, Ktisolutions. I have seen none.
I've also tried checking my android app. The dashboard page is working fine.
Let's go ahead and refresh your app's data. This fixes unexpected behavior in our app. Here's how:
- Click the 3 dot icon beside the Plus sign (+) icon.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Refresh Data.
Although, if it didn't make any difference, try to uninstall and reinstall the app. This will also help refresh the app.
