Hello, Trying to connect my revolut business account to the app. Authorise connection through the app. All works and authorized. Then nothing hallens

The QB shows 3 account under "connected account" on one page and I press back and it rtakes me back to the app

I understand how beneficial it is to connect your bank account to QuickBooks Online.

 

If you're having problems with your QBO mobile app, we can perform some troubleshooting steps like clearing its cache. This process will refresh the program, preventing odd behavior while accessing it. 

 

Like this:

 

  1. Open your app and go to the Menu icon.
  2. Next, tap More Options and select Settings.
  3. Then, click Refresh Data and tap YES to confirm.

 

This can also be done in your phone's settings. Follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to your device's Settings.
  2. Then, click Apps.
  3. Next, select the QuickBooks app and click Storage.
  4. From there, tap Clear Data.

 

I've also added this article for more information about fixing common mobile app issues: Fix common errors in the QuickBooks Online mobile app for Android. If the problem persists, I recommend reinstalling the mobile app to ensure that it is up to date and that the data is fully synced.

 

You can also use a supported web browser through a desktop or laptop when connecting a bank account to QuickBooks Online as another workaround.
