Hi what’s the best printer compatible with QuickBooks app, also can I use thermal printers for this app.

There are different applications developed by third-party businesses that integrate with QuickBooks. We treat all businesses fairly and know that each one has different needs. That’s why I’m unable to recommend what's the best printer to use.

To check for apps compatible with QBO:

1. Go to Apps.
2. Click Finds Apps.
3. Type printer in the Search for an app field (see screenshot below).
4. If you have found the app you're looking for, just click Get App Now.

You can also go directly to our QuickBooks Apps Center and check the details to get a better comparison.

Also, the option to use the Thermal printer is not yet supported in QuickBooks app. I can see how beneficial it is to use this feature in the app. With this, I'll take note of your suggestion and submit this to our product engineers. They can evaluate your preference for future releases.
