I bought Quickbooks today via the app. I'm trying to get my new account on my PC too, but it's asking me to set up a new account. Is the app a different account?

Hi there, thanks for joining the Community :) - all QB cloud subscriptions come with app access, please check that you're accessing the correct web login for your subscription-type (QB Online for Simple Start, Essentials, or Plus, or QB Self-Employed).
