Currently, the feature to run payroll using the mobile app in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is unavailable. That would be a great addition to the current functionalities that we have in the app, so I’ll take note of it.
For now, you can visit the QuickBooks Blog to check for new updates and features that we have.
In the meantime, you’ll have to log in to your account using a supported web browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari) using this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/uk/login/ and run your payroll from there.
