I can’t sync my bank to the app? It’s not obvious how to do it in the app??

I can help you sync your bank using the app, antonypalmer.

 

We'll need to connect your bank first through a browser. Once added, we can sync any available transactions within the app. 

 

Here's how to connect banks using a browser:

  1. Log in to qbo.intuit.com
  2. Go to the Banking page. 
  3. Click Add account at the upper-right, or if its the first bank connected, select Connect account
  4. Search the bank we're connecting. 
  5. Use your bank login credentials when prompted to enter your bank's user ID and password
  6. Follow the onscreen instructions to successfully connect your account. 

We can look into the banking page in the app to review downloaded bank transactions. We can also check this article on what are the features that are available using the mobile app.
