You don't have to cancel your subscription to update your payment method in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Simply update your billing by logging in to QuickBooks through a web browser. Here's how:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
- Go to Settings ⚙, then select Account and settings.
- Click Billing & Subscription.
- Next to your payment method, select Edit ✎.
- Update your credit card info.
- Review the address for your credit card. It must be the same one that appears on your credit card statements.
- When you're done, click Save.
