I appreciate you entering the Weekly Timesheet descriptions on the QuickBooks website on your personal computer.
We haven’t received any reported issues about prefilled description not carrying over.
To help isolate the issue, let’s use a private/incognito browser since it doesn't store data in the cache and verify if this is a browser-related issue. You can press the following keyboard shortcuts to open it:
If the private browser works, let’s go back to your regular browser. Then, let's start clearing the browser's cache to get a clean slate for your browser.
Once done, let’s enable pop-ups for QBO since it helps the website to work properly. Then, you’ll have to log back in to your QBO account and check if you can now access the descriptions.
If the steps above don't work, you can enter a single time activity timesheet as an alternative.

Thus it looks as if one part of the service description when viewed on a mobile browser is not acting as it should as it does not pull through the description info. If it works for Time Activity then I'm confused as to why it does not work for Weekly Timesheet?

Thanks for trying the troubleshooting. Can we ask you to try on a 4g connection on the browser on the phone to see if it does the same or a wifi connection if you were using 4gCan you send us a screenshot as a PM through the Community
Pics attached - same issue if on 4G and in both standard or incognito browser. Screen shots attached, showing description auto populated on Time Activity and missing on Weekly Timesheet.

Unfortunately not what we need is your email address or company id unfortunately if you type this in the Community it will get redacted from the post even in a private message.
