Why can’t I access supplier activity on the phone app ? I have QuickBooks online and I can use the app for everything but I can’t see any supplier transactions .

Why can’t I access supplier activity on the phone app ? I have QuickBooks online and I can use the app for everything but I can’t see any supplier transactions .

There are different possible reasons why we encounter issues when using mobile apps. It could be that:

  • the app version is not compatible with the mobile's operating system.
  • the app is piled up with cache.
  • there is a connection issue between the app and the server.

I'd recommend updating the QBO app and the mobile's operating system versions. If the same happens after those updates, I'd recommend clearing the application's cache. You can do it through the mobile settings.

 

After that, you can compare your QBO data using your mobile app and the computer browser.
