Why has the banking section from the app vanished. Also, dashboard has only basic info..

Hello tim-lawler,

 

The Banking page on the mobile app (iOS and Android) is still there. However, you can only see the home currency banks. Hence, you'll need to access your QBO account through the web to see the banks with other currencies.

This is the message that you'll see when you navigate to the Banking page.

 

The Banking pages for Android and iOS devices look the same.

 

If you still can't access the Banking page, we can do a few troubleshooting steps. Make sure your mobile device and the QBO application are updated.

Here's how you can Refresh Data for Android:

  1. Click the three-vertical dots in the upper-right corner and select Settings.
  2. Scroll-down and select Refresh Data.
  3. Select YES to confirm the action.

Here's how you can Refresh Data for iOS:

  1. Click the three-horizontal bars in the upper-left.
  2. Scroll-down the left menu and select Help & Feedback.
  3. In the Help & Feedback page, click Refresh Data.
  4. Select Refresh.

That'll get rid of any display issues and will refresh your QuickBooks Online mobile app.
