Can everyone else log in to there bank on here? Since I have had to reconnect for security it just comes up authorised input fail ? Anyone else had this ?

Can everyone else log in to there bank on here? Since I have had to reconnect for security it just comes up authorised input fail ? Anyone else had this ?

Fixing your bank connection is my priority, @jnuttallplumbing.

 

It's possible that you enter the additional security requirements, such as security questions or one-time passcodes (OTP) incorrectly. To get this fixed, please follow these guidelines below:

 

  • Enter your OTP immediately after generating it.
  • If you have a new card, and you’re using a card reader to generate your OTP, disconnect and reconnect your account.
  • Use your own card when you generate an OTP from a card reader.
  • Add zero either at the beginning, middle, or end of the eight (8) numbers passcode. Reach out to your financial institution to make sure of your passcode format.

If you get the same result, I suggest logging in to your bank's website to make sure your security questions and answers are correct.
