Can I change the email address where I receive payment received notifactions?
I can think of two email addresses here. One is your user email on the Manage Users page, which is what your customers see when you send them invoices and the one that receives customer payment notifications. The other one is your Intuit account email, which is linked to your login credentials that are used when signing in to QuickBooks. That one also receives notifications about your subscription payments, like for QBO or Payroll. I'll walk you through the steps.
To change your email address on the Manage Users page:
Select Settings ⚙.
Select Account and Settings or Company Settings.
Select Manage Users.
Click Edit on your user profile.
Update your email address and click Save.
To change your Intuit account's email address:
Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
Click the user icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Select Manage your Intuit Account.
On the Intuit account page, click on Sign in & Security.
In the Email address section, select Edit and change your email.
Confirm your new email and enter your password.
If your User ID is the same as your email address, I would suggest updating it as well.
