Can I get reimbursed if I haven't used QuickBooks in 2 years

I appreciate you bringing this up, Zoenel. We understand the need for clarity regarding your QuickBooks subscription after a break. I'm here to guide you through our refund policy and discover the best options for you.

According to Intuit’s refund eligibility criteria, reimbursement requests based solely on lack of usage or inactivity is not eligible for a refund. This means that even if you haven’t used QuickBooks for an extended period, such as two years, it does not qualify for reimbursement. Our refund policy is designed to address product satisfaction issues within a specific timeframe, typically within 60 days of purchase.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and sometimes subscriptions may remain active unintentionally. While we can't offer a refund based solely on inactivity, please know that I'm here to help you review your account if needed, to ensure no unexpected charges or billing issues.

To help you better manage your QuickBooks Self-Employed account, I recommend this helpful article on managing billing, payments, and subscriptions. Although this guide is primarily for QuickBooks Online, the steps are very similar for QuickBooks Self-Employed: Manage billing, payments, and subscriptions in QuickBooks.

If you have any further questions about your billing or need assistance with your account, Zoenel, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Our Community Team and I are always here to support you, and we’ll keep this conversation open for future discussions.
