Can I WhatsApp my invoices?

Yes, you can send an Invoice via WhatsApp. Here's how:

1. Open the invoice you want to send in QuickBooks Online.
2. Next to the Save and send button, click the small arrow and choose Save and Share (WhatsApp).                  
3. Add your customer’s email if it's missing, then write your message.
4. Click Share and Close. A new tab for WhatsApp Web will open, where you can select a contact and send the invoice link.               

It's also worth noting that this feature currently only sends a link to the invoice, not a PDF. The mobile app option is also currently only for iOS. Please refer to this article for more information: Send invoices with WhatsApp in QuickBooks Online.
