Before transferring, make sure your client is set as the Primary Admin of their company file. This will give them access to all necessary information. If they are not, please update their status first.

- Click on the Gear icon at the top right corner of your dashboard.
- Navigate to Billing and Subscriptions under Profile.
- Select the Accountant-billed subscriptions tab to view a list of your clients.

- Select the client you want to remove.
- Check that the client you wish to transfer is marked as Active. If not, activate them first.
- In the Action column next to their details, click the dropdown menu and select Transfer billing to client.
After completing these steps, they will need to enter their billing information. They will be charged at the regular rate based on their plan.
