Does my subscription need re subscribing

Hi there, @tfothergill.

 

I will provide some insights regarding whether your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription requires re-subscribing.

 

To assist you better, I'd like to know if you encountered any issues while navigating QBO relating to your subscription status. This will give us more information to help us get on the same page. Would you mind telling me more about it?

 

Furthermore, if you already have an active subscription, you do not need to subscribe again. However, if your subscription was canceled and it has been more than 30 days since cancellation, you cannot renew your subscription at the previous price. If you want to view your subscription info. I'll walk you through on how to:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing.
  3. Review the information in each section.
  • To view payment history: In the QuickBooks Online tile, select View payment history. Your billing history shows the last 6 months’ bills.
