Due to app lag, I've accidentally created two same named companies. One's got now the subscription, the other one doesn't. How do I remove the one that doesn't?

Are you referring to a 30-day free trial subscription for QuickBooks for a different company file that doesn't have a subscription?

If that's the case, you can cancel your subscription at any time before it expires to avoid being charged. To verify which account to cancel, since they have the same name, you can sign in to your QuickBooks account via a web browser. Please follow these steps:

Navigate to the Gear icon, then click Subscriptions and billing. From there, you can check if under the product name it states that the Next charge on mm/dd/yyyy after trial ends. If you notice it, you can click on Cancel subscription and then follow the instructions to complete the process.

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, you'll need to manage and cancel your subscription using Apple's system.

On the other hand, if you signed up through the Google Play Store, you can cancel your subscription through your Google account settings.
