Have two separate QB accounts. 1 account was upgraded to the new Intuit UI in Nov but my large account is on old interface. Anyone know when the upgrade will be complete?

The upgrade is currently being rolled out gradually, which is why some accounts, like yours, may not yet have the option to switch to the new interface yet. 

While we don’t have a specific timeline to share, rest assured that your account will be updated as part of the rollout.
