To cancel your account, follow the steps below:
- Go to the Settings ⚙ icon and select Account and Settings.
- Choose the Billing and subscription tab.
- Locate the QuickBooks section and press Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
- Select Continue to cancel then Continue to cancel button.
- Follow the onscreen steps then pick Submit and cancel subscription.
- Hit Got it.
Once you're done, we'll send a correspondence to let you know that the cancellation is complete. When you're ready to resume the service, you can resubscribe any time.
