Hello, Fushionhome. We can handle this manually by navigating to the Receipts tab.
Just go to All apps > Accounting > Receipts. From there, you can easily upload files directly from your computer or even connect your Google Drive. Once they’re uploaded, QuickBooks will read the receipt for you. After that, just head to the Review tab and click Review to check the details. Once you click Save and next, any matches will pop up so you can Match them. If there isn't an existing transaction to match it to, you can create the expense on the spot by clicking Create expense.
Once you're finished matching, you'll see the receipt attached directly to the expense.
